How to set up Secondary verification code

After logging into your FTK account, click on the website menu and select “Settings”.

You will then see the "Enable 2-Step Verification" option, click Enable to begin setup.

You must first download Google Authenticator from the Play Store or App Store.

Follow the instructions for key binding

Then go to the next step, click Send to perform the second verification of the login account. And paste the 6-digit verification code generated after the Google Authenticator is successfully bound.

If both are verified successfully, the binding is successful.

In the future, when logging in, withdrawing money and canceling the verification code, a second verification will be performed to ensure your account security!
What should I do if I forgot the 2-step verification code?
When you are in the verification process, you see “Lost key? ” prompt text. If you accidentally lose your key, you can reset it through this portal. The reset process will require you to re-verify your login account.
After the verification is successful, we will send a message (or email) to your verified account. After clicking the link, you can get a new key and bind it again. Please note that once the key link expires, it must be reapplied.
